Emeritus status was awarded to Len Koogler by the National Association of Realtors for forty cumulative years of membership. In recognition of valuable and lasting contributions to the real estate profession in the Community. This award reflects not only the success of over 2000+ real estate transactions but the pride of also knowing that Len has been instrumental in the training of some of the top realtors in the tristate area.
